Shipping & Returns

This policy explains the standard shipping, pickup, returns, and custom-order approach for Fauve Accessories. Please review the final rates and timeframes before launch.

Processing time

Ready-to-ship items are usually prepared after payment is confirmed. Because Fauve pieces are handmade and often small-batch or one-of-a-kind, preparation times may vary during busy market periods or collection launches.

Made-to-order and custom pieces require additional production time. The expected timeframe will be confirmed before payment whenever possible.

Shipping options

Domestic flat-rate shipping is currently set as a placeholder at EUR 5. Local pickup may be offered free of charge when agreed with the seller.

International shipping can be offered where available. Costs, delivery estimates, customs fees, and import taxes should be confirmed before launch and may vary by destination.

Delivery estimates

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and cannot be guaranteed unless a specific tracked or express service is arranged.

Lost or delayed parcels

If an order appears delayed or lost, please contact the shop with the order number and shipping details. Fauve will help review the situation and contact the carrier where possible.

Returns and exchanges

Please contact the shop before returning any item. Items should be returned unused, in their original condition, and with suitable packaging.

For hygiene reasons, earrings may not be returnable once worn or removed from sealed packaging. Custom, personalised, made-to-order, and final-sale items may also be excluded from returns unless faulty.

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact the shop as soon as possible with the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Fauve will review the issue and propose a repair, replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Custom orders

Custom orders are made to agreed details. Because they are created specifically for the customer, they may not be eligible for cancellation or return once work has begun, unless there is a fault or a material difference from the agreed design.
