Products
Many pieces are handmade, small-batch, or one-of-a-kind. Slight variations in colour, shape, finish, or detail may occur because of the handmade process and screen display differences.
Product descriptions, photos, prices, and availability are provided as accurately as possible. If an error is discovered, Fauve may contact the customer to correct the order, offer an alternative, or cancel and refund the purchase.
Stock availability
Some pieces may also be sold at in-person markets. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the customer will be contacted and offered a refund, replacement, alternative item, or custom solution where possible.
Orders and payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Payment methods depend on the active checkout configuration. The shop should remain in test mode until a successful test checkout has been completed.
Custom and made-to-order pieces
Custom orders begin with a conversation about design, materials, size, budget, timing, and references. Once details are agreed, Fauve may create a private checkout link, custom product, or deposit product.
Custom or personalised pieces may not be cancellable or returnable once work has begun, unless faulty or materially different from the agreed design.
